This project consisted of the removal of over 180,000 s.f. of retail space.  The facility was failing structurally and the market was not supporting two regional centers in Chico.

The conversion of the enclosed mall into an open mall has continued over the past decade with RGA continuing to perform work for two different ownership groups.
