Constructed under a design-bid-build delivery method, this project was designed and built as a spec office building with the purpose of serving as a leased office for the U.S. Census Bureau.  Strict specifications and design guidelines were adhered to as published by the Federal Government.  Located in the Meriam Park master planned development in Chico, this building is now leased as a general office space following the end of the Bureau's operations as part of the 2020 Census.
