This two story office building harboring multiple suites was commissioned by Penney & Associates Attorneys and was one of the earliest constructed within the new Meriam Park development.  Its unique design features a wide spanning upper story curtain wall system and an illuminated parapet awning that sweeps around all sides of the building.
