Construction of a new two story office and warehouse for Butte County Clerk Recorder providing records storage, election processing, and office spaces.  This project was produced by a design-bid-build project delivery method for Butte County, and was designed and engineered by RGA.  Building systems included tilt-up concrete walls, steel framing and decking, and a elevated concrete second floor.
