Originally studied as a remodel, RGA worked with Conroy Construction to establish costs and building proforma that eventually illustrated to the client that it was more cost effective to completely demolish the existing buildings and start with a clean layout.  The ground-up construction features eight exam rooms for a three doctor practice as well as 1,500 sq. ft. of space that was leased for a day spa clinic.  RGA generated all Architectural and Structural drawings for the project.  MEP was performed on a Design Build basis.
