This building serves as the main fabrication plant and headquarter offices for Captive Aire, an industry leading manufacturer of commercial ventilation systems.  As a headquarter facility, the architecture of this building was designed in a delicate balance to serve as a flagship for the company while providing a working fabrication plant and office facilities.  The client's branding and identify was communicated through the building's clean, modern, and simplistic forms.
